Properties that are priced competetively and coupled with strong promotion, are receiving offers in the first 3/4weeks.
Having conversations with clients in the market at the moment, it seems that there isn’t enough stock in the under 350k mark, however an over-supply in the 400k+ category. I believe this has alot to do with the impact land releasing and building has on the existing home market. Offering an alternative.
There are some people that simply do not want to build, and others that would prefer to do so. Its all about location. Where you would like to live.
Due to low interest rates, and low supply in the under 350K price range, 50% of our sales at PRD Tamworth are to investors in the market.
